Delivery of goods

Orders can be made in two ways:

- On page by shopping cart

- By e-mail at

Payment for the order is available in two versions that buyers can choose at the discretion of:

- Cash on delivery (cash payment courier)

- By transfer to our bank account

- Electing to transfer payments, it is important to pause

In making payments until we change the status of your order to "Awaiting payment". Will also be sent to your e-mail with the same subject and then ask for a transfer. Details of the deposit will be included in the body of the email.

The fact that the performance of the contract is possible (the product is available), you will be notified in a separate e-mail or telephone. From this moment delivery time is usually 1 business day.

If you transfer payment by the customer, delivery time is counted from the date of entering the payment to our bank account.

Orders received in the afternoon and on weekends realized in the first working day thereafter. The buyer is always informed about the posting of e-mail.

Packing and shipping items

- Goods shipped after confirmation of the order, up to 48 hours of payment receipt or shipping confirmation on delivery. Exceptions are non-working days and holidays. The customer is always informed about the acceptance of the order and shipment sent.

- Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified in the order. Shipment costs covered by Employer and is 25 zł gross (bag of 30 kg). We send the goods only in Polish, if another location outside the Republic of Poland, please contact us by phone or email.

- Shop does not accept liability for incorrect completed order form by which the consignment did not reach the customer. You are responsible in this case, the additional shipping charges.

- Orders will be processed provided the item is in stock or suppliers Shop. In the absence of part of the order the customer will be notified immediately of the status of your order and decide how to proceed.

- In exceptional circumstances may change shipping costs, you will be informed prior to shipment of goods.

- The shop is not responsible for late delivery of the shipment by the courier company or the Polish Post.

Warranties, claims and returns of product

You are entitled to lodge a complaint in the store within seven days from the date of delivery in case of the delivered goods:

- Manufacturing defects

- Non-conformity with the concluded contract. (Check with immediately after sampling the goods)

- We do not accept any COD delivery.

- Goods necessarily must be returned in the original packaging, otherwise claims will not be considered.

- Complaints are dealt with within 14 days from the date we receive your shipment.

- If the complaint is accepted, the goods are defective will be replaced with another full blown and if it is impossible (for example, due to exhaustion of stocks of goods) store will return the equivalent of the price of goods or offer other goods available in the store to choose from.
